Sous Chef - French/Western Menu
Responsibilities and Qualifications :
* Reporting to expatriate Chef de Cuisine and managing a kitchen on 20 staff
* Min. 5 years of experience fine western F&B establishment/4-5 star hotel as Sous Chef or CDP
* Formal training or culinary school overseas preferred
* Fluent in English, written and verbal, fluency in French is a plus
* Highly discipline and meticulous.
