CHIEF ACCOUNTANT/ FINANCIAL CONTROLLER



Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and analysis of financial reports
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with proper internal financial controls and procedures
  • Full set of book keeping, ensure compliance with accounting policies and guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of monthly reports
  • Preparation of financial statements and schedules in annual statutory report
  • Monthly closing of the books
  • Statutory Financial Reporting
  • Monthly Account Reconciliation and Analysis


Requirements:

  • Must be graduate from a reputed Indonesian university with relevant degree for accounting professionals
  • Having 5 years accountant experience (at least 1 year at any foreign company)
  • Have proper command over written and oral English
  • Must be familiar with computer based accounting software
  • Good knowledge in Indonesia Tax Regulation is a must
  • Shall be responsible for handling all accounts for the company
  • Can join our company as soon as possible

  • Able to do daily accounting transaction such as AR Aging analysis, Cost analysis, and Treasury function.
  • Having experience in making monthly and yearly financial statement and preparation of tax admin report such as monthly reporting for BP1, WHT art 21, 22, 23, and VAT IN/VAT OUT - also updated with tax regulation.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office (especially in Windows excell).
  • Graduated from a recognized university, majoring in Accounting is a must.
  • Hands on experience using computerized accounting software.
  • Well knowledge of Indonesia GAAP. Understanding IFRS would be an advantage.
  • Self-starter with an inquiring mind, and be able to work independently and/or in a team.
  • Fluent in English both written and orally.

HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER



Responsibilities:

  • Fully take charge of company daily route management, responsible to directorate.
  • Working out management plan of the company and implement it efficiently; be able to lead the team to implement the target which is dispatched by directorate.
  • Constitute the wholesome organization chart and management system of the enterprise, complete management for company, be able to make decision when meeting important problem issues in the development of company.

Requirements:

  • Male - age max. 45 years old
  • 5 years experience in Housekeeping and or Food & Beverages, Hotel catering is a plus
  • Self motivation and pro-active
  • A recognized Degree in Hotel Institute
  • A self-confident individual with a balanced and pleasant disposition
  • A robust individual, who does not give up in the face of adversity. They must always maintain a positive outlook in life, be able to work productively and be an inspiration to others
  • Discipline, honest and trustworthy
  • Firm in implementing company regulation
  • A team player who has strong conceptual / analytical skill and good communication skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential
  • Having excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Accurate and well-organized, target-oriented, and able to work under minimum supervision
