PT KOKAI INDO ABADI is the Valve manufacturer representative from FANG YUAN Valve Manufacturing Co., LTD. CHINA. Currently PT KOKAI INDO ABADI is responsible for South East Asia and North Africa markets.
Our activities consist of stocking and trading carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel valves. Our main customers are in the Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical and Palm Oil Industries and related EPC companies.
Due to the rapid growth of our sales in Indonesia, we are currently looking for an individual who is strongly motivated, intelligent, and have good interpersonal skill that is up for the challenges ahead.
1. Marketing Administrative
Requirements:
• Female
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Hold min D1 in Management / Administration or equivalent
• Having min 2 years relevant marketing administrative experience
• Able to operate Computer and proficient in using Microsoft office (Words, Excel)
• Organised, good filing system and document storage
• Hardworking, honest, reliable, teamwork, flexible, good communicator
• Proficient in English, min passive and written (mandarin is preferable)
• Job location in Jakarta
2. Administration staff
Requirements:
• Female (Single)
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Hold min Diploma (D1) from Accounting / Management / Finance
• Having experience min 1 year at the same field
• Able to operate Computer (min Microsoft Office)
• Able to work in team, honest, responsible, detailed, and work hard
• Domicile in Jakarta
3. Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Marketing Valves and Industrial consumable Products
• Developing a Niche Market in the very competitive industry
• Improving and creating relationships with existing or new customers at Oil & Gas companies
• Actively search for new tenders, register for tenders
• Negotiate purchase orders, expedite purchase orders
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Hold min D3/S1 major in Engineering, Business or Marketing
• Minimum 2 years relevant sales experience with Oil & Gas companies is preferred
• Having knowledge about valve and Piping Materials is an advantage
• Proficient in using MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word
• Have own vehicle and Driving licence (Minimum SIM C)
• Good command in English, both oral and written (mandarin is preferable)
• Willing to travel
