• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Linux OS and familiar with LAN & WAN
• Capable of analyzing hardware & software problems in a fast manner
• Has at least 2 years experience in IT Support & Services
• Focus on work and has good service orientation
• Able to work in team & work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English
