Senior Architects
Requirements :
- Male / Female, 25-30 years old.
- S1 Architecture from reputable university.
- Minimum experience : 4 years for SA on high rise building and large development project.
- Able to manage the detailed planning/drawing, working team
- Experience in Project field is advantage
- Expert in AutoCAD with External Reference, Microsoft Office
- Expert in 3D model Software : Sketch up expertise is an advantage
- Possess strong technical skills & good interpersonal skills, communicates well and frequent in spoken & written English. Mandarin language is advantage
- The candidates shall be self motivated, hard working, highly dedicated, able to work long hours, initiative, creative, able to work within time constraint, adapt to changes, and high commitment to company standard on working ethic and result oriented.
- Candidates preferred to be mobile with own means of transportation.
To work closely with the Principals / Project Director / Project Team members for the development of projects:
- Conceptualize and develop design to meet design objectives
- Direct project team and to initiate team to prepare drawings for various stages of project from concept to implementation
- Develop technical detailing and creation of innovative solutions to achieve conceptual goals
- Monitor project progress and co-ordinate with fellow consultants / clients to ensure project development is within design brief / schedule / cost
- Attend to project / technical / consultant meetings where required
- Any other duties as and when assigned
- Positive attitude, strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Team Player and Creative English Proficiency
- Good Analytical and Problem Solving skills
