Due to expansion of our factory in Purwakarta, Indonesia, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong manufacturing background and experience for the following positions :
PRODUCTION MANAGER
JOB SPECIFICATION
Educational requirement:
- S1 (bachelor degree) as minimum, major in technical or engineering.
Practical experience:
- At least has 5 years experience in similar position.
- Knowledge in production system, production planning, production monitoring and measurement.
- Knowledge in data analysis.
- Knowledge in KANBAN, kaizen, TPM, lean manufacturing.
- Fluent in verbal and written English is a must
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety) will be an advantage
Required characteristics:
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Could manage more than 200 people.
- Fast learner.
- Willing to be based in Cikampek, Purwakarta.
Specific job requirements (e.g. physical requirements, extensive travel, etc.)
- Responsible for cost within respective area and compliance with budget. Evaluate production performance and production result regularly. To monitor and evaluate the quality of goods produced.
- Together with PPIC manager responsible for production planning. To manage and review production activities base on production planning
- To participate in maintaining production facilities and machineries. To improve sub ordinates production skills.
- To monitor the availability of production supporting tools and production supporting materials, Initiate ordering process
- To maintain the implementation of ISO 9001 ; ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 on the shop floor level.
- To organize and control all the operations in their respective departments in accordance with EMS and keep the premises clean and maintained
- To ensure their subordinates get all the EMS training necessary, including, but not limited to, how to minimize manufacturing waste, how to handle and dispose of any manufacturing waste produced in accordance with EMS
- To record the quantity and quality of manufacturing waste produced in their respective departments, according to the Objective, Target and Program of the company.
