We are the Japanese Manufacturer of fabricated product (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Piping, etc.) made of Super Alloys/ High Performance Alloys such as Nickel base, Cobalt base, Titanium base alloy and Stainless steel as well. Our company is a full subsidiary company of Mitsubishi Materials Corporation, Japan.
We have achieved ISO 9002:1994 in 1999 (ISO 9001: 2000), QA ASME - U & U2 stamps in 2000, and also Manufacturing License from People’s Republic of China (China Mark) and the National Board Certificate in 2003.
We are seeking the qualified candidate for the position below:
Male
Age: 25 - 30 years old
Education: Polytechnic or Diploma III (Major: Mechanical Engineering)
Experience: 4 years (minimum) in Design, & especially (minimum) 2 years in metal
fabrication is preferable.
Have knowledge, experience and skill (PRACTICAL SKILLS) of:
· Mechanical Drawing (especially fabrication drawing)
· Design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers & piping
· Material knowledge (minimum SUS and Ti, nickel alloy is prefarable)
· Familiar with ASME Section VIII Div.1 and other codes
· Can operate PV Elite and/ or Compress software
· Metal processing, especially welding
· Careful checking of drawing by the experience of actual production
· Agitator design and manufacturing (is better)
· Quality matters
Have strong leadership
Can work carefully and accurately
Good in English (both written and oral)
Good in health
Familiar with AutoCAD & MS Office programs
Willing to be located in Cikarang, Bekasi
