Job Description:
Manage all aspects of human resources and general affairs to facilitate company in achieving company’s objectives
Job Qualification:
- Male, 30-35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Management/ Industrial Engineering
- Having minimum 3 years experience at managerial level in food manufacturing industry
- Having experiences in recruiting employees in large amount and dealing with labour providers
- Competent in giving basic human resource-related trainings
- Having excellent understanding about government laws and regulations
- Strong leadership, strategic-minded, and excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent in Mandarin language is preferred
- Willing to be placed in Karawang – West Java or Sidoarjo – East Java
