Assistant Manager for Production
Purpose of the job:
In the scope of Production Assistant Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing and building a growing team of production, such as Supervisor, Foreman and Leader
- The production planning and take all necessary action to ensure the on time production and delivery
- Efficient and economical production
- Setting up the production priorities
- Controlling the flow of materials and production progress
- Develops & implements cost effective production plan to ensure continuous material availability
- Continuous improvement of the production system
To be successful, the applicant must have following background:
- S1 degree or higher in industrial, mechanical engineering, Management
- Having plenty of driving force, capacity to lead and ability to supervise and coordinate work
- Good background of production system
- Having knowledge in SAP and PPIC
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing a production line
- Familiar with ISO 9000, 14000
- Staying and preferable candidate home is Tangerang area
- Ready for working at Tangerang location
