CORPORATE MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

Corporate Marketing - Assistant Vice PresidentCoordinate the company’s advertising and promotional activities to achieve the company’s objectives. Responsible of market condition research to determine potential sales of product, examines and analysis statistical data to forecast future market trends. Oversee internal and external communication in order to build and maintain an effective company image among staff, sales force, customer, media, industry and public at large. Responsible in positioning the company’s brand as a company that listens to the customer needs and wants. Responsible for planning and utilization of customer database as well as coordinating an effective integrated customer relationship management program.
Bachelor degree in Marketing or other related disciplines with min. 12 years experience in financial company preferably Insurance.

Media & Public Relations - Senior ManagerDevelop media, PR and CSR strategies, build and maintain positive relations with various media and public stakeholders.
Bachelor degree in communications with min. 7 years of relevant experience.

Corporate Marketing - OfficerCarry out marketing plans which are formulated with specific target projects, and assist in the coordination of activities related to various distribution channels and other company events.
Bachelor degree in any major with min. 2 years relevant experience.

Graphic Designer - OfficerDevelop concepts and prepare art works to support advertising and promotional programs for Head Office and sales force.
Bachelor degree in Graphic Design with min. 2 years relevant experience.

SecretaryProvide efficient secretarial and administrative support service to CMO. Manage and coordinate meeting schedule, appointments and travel arrangement. Take minutes of meetings and collate reports.
Diploma in Secretarial degree with min. 3 years relevant experience

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Business Analyst - OfficerIdentify needs and deliver solutions.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information System with min. 3 years relevant experience, preferably in Life Insurance industry.

IT Compliance – ManagerEnsure IT complies to all the PCA and Group IT Governance, IT Compliance, and other IT policies, procedures, standards, and baseline. Plan and perform internal IT Audit on various systems regularly. Manage and liaise with external IT auditors from Group wide Internal Audit and/or third party.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering with min. 5 years experience related to IT Audit, SOX, Information Security, Business Continuity, IT and Risk Management. Prefers to have professional certification like CISA, etc.

IT Security – Assistant ManagerDevelop, review, and enhance IT Security policies, procedures, standards, and technical baseline configuration. Ensuring effective operation of IT Security related policies and procedures.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering with min. 3 years experience related to Information Security, Business Continuity, IT and Risk Management

IT Application Support – Assistant ManagerResponsible for coordinating team to provide operational and technical support to the users of business applications to ensure that the business benefits of applications continue to be achieved throughout their lifetime.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or engineering with min. 4 years as application support. Experience of java or .net programming and knowledgeable of web programming.

MARKETING, AGENCY & SALES SUPPORT

Agency Development Specialist(Will be based in Banda Aceh, Bali, Jakarta, Surabaya, Manado and Samarinda)*
Develop and support a defined group of sales force within region.
Bachelor degree in any major with min. 2 years relevant experience.

Agency Training Specialist(Will be based in Banda Aceh, Batam, Jakarta, Surabaya, Kupang, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Manado and Papua)*
Develop and conduct trainings for sales force to improve their quality and productivity.

OPERATION SOLUTIONS CENTRE

Operation Solutions Centre – Assistant ManagerEnsuring and monitoring service level of Operation Solutions Specialist team in giving solutions to all inquiries from sales force.
Bachelor degree in any major with min. 5 years experience in Customer Service. Experience in Insurance Industry is an advantage.

Operation Solutions Specialist – OfficerRespond and provide solution to all inquiries from sales force.
Bachelor degree in any major. Having experience as a Customer Service is an advantage. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.

Agency Relation Partner - OfficerProvide the best class one stop service to the assigned regional sales force. Solve the sales force's complaint and communicate it properly.
Bachelor degree in any major with experience in customer service or other similar type from life insurance industry. Has good interpersonal and communication skill. Ability to speak mandarin is an advantage.

SYARIAH & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Agency Channel Product Development - Manager As a project manager of new product development or revamp of existing product projects and ensuring the delivery or product launch met targeted date. Actively support and participate in discussions and negotiations on product with internal channel managers and external parties.
Bachelor degree in Actuarial/Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Business with min. 7 years relevant experience in Life Insurance industry. Having knowledge in Life Insurance product especially in Sharia. Business Operation process (underwriting, administration, marketing, etc).

UNDERWRITING

Medical Underwriting – OfficerUnderwrite standard applications according to company guidelines and service standard.
Bachelor degree in Medical Doctor with min. 1 year relevant experience.

GENERAL POSITION

Administration – StaffAdminister day-to-day operation in alignment with company’s Standard Operating Procedure.
Bachelor degree in any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
