Main Responbilities:- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve the sales target
- Conducting market research and survey to develop sales program & strategy
- Developing standard operation & procedures for sales team and incentive program, and monitoring the implementation
- Developing the customer data base and key account management system to give the best service to all of customer
- Maintaining and developing good relationship to all customer
- Solving the problems in daily sales operation
- Monitoring competitors strategy and market share
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Maximum 38 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Architect/ Civil Engineering
- Min 3 years experience as Sales Manager
- Preferable from Building Material or Ceramic Industry background
- Strong analysis and strategic thinking
- High ambition, creative & proactive
- Strong leadership and selling skills
