1. Training Center Instructor (Trainer)

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Head of Training Center Department
• Serves as the in-house instructor and expert in developing training programs that suit the job functions
• To design, develop and deliver training programs to conduct training on general management, leadership, and people development
• Perform training effectiveness assessment through post-training evaluation

Requirements:

• Min. holding a Master degree from a reputable university
• 3 to 5 years classroom-based instructor experience
• Experience designing training curriculum
• A team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• A background in broadcast, multimedia, and telecommunication industry background will have a distinct advantage
• Possess good business communications and interpersonal skills
• Independent, mature and self motivated
• A hands-on person who can adapt, plan and implement training programs
• Ability to work on own initiative

2. Graphic Designer - Print (GD-P)

Requirements:

• Female/Male, max. 35 years old
• Bachelor degree – major in Design Communication Visual from reputable university (Overseas graduate would be advantage)
• Min. 3 years experience in the same field
• Excellent skill and familiar with Computer Graphic programs especially with : In-Design, Corel draw, Photoshop
• Experienced in Media would be advantage
• Pleasant personality, interactive and high motivation, willing to work hard and good communication skill

General Qualification :

• Computer literacy (Ms Office application, intermediate-advanced level
• Good command in English
• Willing to work overtime

3. Graphic Designer - Motion Picture (GD-MP)

Requirements:

• Female/Male, max. 35 years old
• Bachelor degree – major in Design Communication Visual from reputable university
• Min. 3 years experience in the same field
• Excellent skill and familiar with Computer Graphic programs especially with : 2D, 3D Studio Max, Cinema 4D, Maya 3D, After Effect, Photo Shop & Illustrator
• Experienced in Media Broadcast & Production House would be advantage
• Pleasant personality, interactive and high motivation, willing to work hard and good communication skill

General Qualification :

• Computer literacy (Ms Office application, intermediate-advanced level)
• Good command in English
• Willing to work overtime

4. Executive Editor (EE)

Requirements:

• Female/Male, max. 35 years old
• Bachelor degree - major in Journalist, English Literature or other relevant discipline from reputable university
• Experienced min. 3 years full time in the same position and at least 2 years of writing for English-language publications
• Experienced in media (Broadcast and Magazine) would be advantage
• Pleasant personality, interactive and high motivation, willing to work hard and good communication skill

General Qualification :

• Computer literacy (Ms Office application, intermediate-advanced level)
• Good command in English
• Willing to work overtime

5. System & Procedur Section Head (SP)

Requirements:

• Male / Female, max. 30 years old
• Bachelor degree - major in Accounting from reputable university
• Experience minimal 3 years in developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Able to work under pressure, highly discipline, hard working and good team leader

General Qualification :

• Computer literacy (Ms Office application,intermediate-advanced level), especially familiar with Oracle
• Good command in English
• Willing to work overtime

6. Reporter (REP)

Requirements:

• Male / Female, max. 30 years old
• Bachelor degree - major in Journalist, English Literature or other relevant discipline from reputable university
• Experienced min. 3 years full time in the same position and at least 2 years of writing for English-language publications
• Experienced in media (Broadcast and Magazine) would be advantage
• Pleasant personality, interactive and high motivation, willing to work hard and good communication skill

General Qualification :

• Computer literacy (Ms Office application)
• Good command in English
• Willing to work overtime

7. Account Executive (AE02)

Requirements:

• Male / Female, max. 30 years old
• Bachelor degree - major in any field from reputable university
• Experienced min. 2 years as Account Executive in media (Broadcast, publishing or advertising)
• Having good relationship with Advertising Agencies
• Pleasant personality, good performance, interactive and high motivation
• Having excellent sales record, willing to work hard, having mature personality, and good communication skill

General Qualification :

• Computer literacy (Ms Office application, intermediate-advanced level
• Good command in English
• Willing to work overtime

8. Talent Casting Coordinator (TCO)

Requirements:

• Male/ Female, max. 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in any field
• Experience minimal 1 year in the same field, preferable from Production House (Film)
• Energic, good looking
• Able to work under pressure, highly discipline, hard working and good team leader

General Qualification :

• Computer literacy (Ms Office application, intermediate-advanced level
• Good command in English
• Willing to work overtime

9. Casting Koordinator

Requirements:

• Pria/Wanita
• Maksimal usia 35 tahun
• Pendidikan S1 semua jurusan
• Memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun sebagai Casting Coordinator di PH pembuatan sinetron
• Energik
• Berpenampilan menarik
