Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Education: Min. of S1 in Psychology / Law / Human Resources Management.
- Experience: 2 years in HR or same field
- Strong in recruitment, personnel administration, training, development & performance management.
- Capable of financial budgetary & analysis management.
- Have a broad knowledge of psychology & Labor Law.
- Active in Bahasa Indonesia & English both written & oral.
- Computer literate *MS office, e-mail & internet*
- Excellent leadership essence, values teamwork & subordinate performance.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill & exceptional skills in written communication -
- Excellent patience, fairness & resourcefulness.
- Excellent networking skills, analytical capability & management aptitude.
- Able to motivate & bring the best out of people.
- Able to work hard (individual or in a team).
- People oriented & focus on delivering.
