The job exists to establish, manage, and maintain the XL network coverage to meet optimum performance level. The job holder is also responsible to manage the accountability, good image and revenue income of network. The expected end results of the job are better quality and more timeliness, faster response to problems encountered in daily operation, always being up-to-date on technology for radio network system, better coordination with relevant internal departments and external partners/vendors, and finally have a high impact to the overall success of the company/business.
Requirements :
- University graduate in Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering, computer sciences with at least 3-5 years of experience in radio network and monitoring,
- Knowledge and skills in operating, implementing and optimizing cellular radio network
- Possess good communication skill, teambuilding skill, and planning skill
- Have good result and solution orientation
2. Engineer-Network Monitoring (Code : E-NM)
Responsible for performing operation and maintaining related task on XL exchanges/switches, performing network surveillance 24x7 hours, fault analysis and solving any unidentified problems.
Requirement :
§ University graduate in Electrical/Telco Engineering, Computer Science or any related disciplines
§ Min 2 years of experience in related field
§ Fresh graduated are welcome to apply with GPA min 3.00
§ Knowledge in Cellular concepts and practice
§ Computer literate
§ Fluent in English (both oral and written)
§ Good in analytical skill
§ Have a pleasant personality
§ Willing to work overtime and underpressure
