1. Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing monthly financial consolidation and group reporting.
  • Produce/review financial analysis related to monthly close v budget.
  • Provide technical and analytical support for annual budget process and capital /overheads budgeting control.
  • Ability to implement Balanced Scorecard and strategic performance area of expertise is preferred.
  • Ad hoc feasibility study on new projects.
  • Liaise with division managers on budgetary control.

Requirements:

  • Male preferred, maximum 40 years of age.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA with appropriate reporting exposure will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis/management reporting/planning.
  • Experienced in working at plantations or manufacturing sector are additional advantage.
  • Strong inclination towards numbers and details. Ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively outside Jakarta is a must.
2. Recruitment Officer

Job Descriptions

    • Knowledgeable with recruitment procedures, seek, interview, screen, select and recruit job applicants to fill existing vacancies
    • Specialist in interviewing and referring certain types of personnel; professional, technical, managerial, clerical.
    • Upload requisition and manage candidates within internal database
    • Conduct interviews and ensure that all openings are filled by given dateline
    • Assist in the development of position descriptions, advertisements, conditions of employment and other recruitment related documentation
    • Liaise with outside agencies to source potential recruits

    Job Requirements

    • Female preferred, Max. 29 years old
    • Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Human Resources
    • Good command of English and Mandarin will be advantage
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
    • Excellent communicator and good interpersonal skill
    • Self motivated, dynamic and high initiative
    • Outgoing personality

3. Corporate Communication Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the integration of communications activities within all areas of the Corporate Communications team, including Organizational Communications, Marketing Communications and Public Relations.
  • Developing, coordinating and managing the execution of strategic communications programs
  • Commonly used communications concepts, practices and procedures and leading the development, management and continuous improvement of new and existing communications processes and delivery channels
  • Measure the success of communications efforts, manage the agency and contract resources.
  • Leading communications planning and execution and evaluating communication program effectiveness
  • Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for corporate communications and continuously developing and improving processes to ensure the effective, efficient delivery of communications to targeted audiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in corporate communications, public relations or marketing communications in insurance is required.
  • Experience working in insurance or banking industry is prioritized.
  • Demonstrated experience with successfully creating and delivering strategic communications programs aligned with business goals is required.
  • Demonstrated success of planning and implementation of communications programs and measuring results is required.
  • Strong project management experience is required, including the ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
