Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Psychology from reputable university, GPA ≥ 3.
At least 2-3 years experience in competency development project (must)
Having strong analytical skill.
Good in English both oral and written.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Female max 28 years old.
Single.
