1. MAINTENANCE MANAGER (MTC)

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Male, age max 30 years old
2. More than 3 years experience in maintenance (electrical, machine, plumbing)
3. Min. S1 degree in Engineering
4. Key player in a teamwork, energetic, motivating personality & positive mind
5. Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
6. Computer literate, especially in Auto Cad

2. VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER (VMM)

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Min 3 years experience in Retail
2. Experience in Visual Merchandising & Display for in-store and window displays
3. Experience in Graphic Design and Mac literate in all Design softwares : Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrators, In-Design
4. Must be able to conceptualize ideas for both Visual Merchandising & Display and for all Above the-line / Below the-line communications
5. Must be proficient in English as a pre-requisite for copy writing
6. Planning of budgets & schedule of window display, media communications etc
7. Able to work under tight deadlines and under stress
8. Must manage a team of managers, supervisors,VM crew & graphic designers
9. Willing to work extra hours and weekends
10. Must be able to converse in Bahasa Indonesia (for foreigners)
11. Have a good network of suppliers, contractors locally and overseas etc
12. A team leader
