Technical Specialist, BD Biosciences
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Southeast Asia Business Manager in Singapore, your main responsibilities include :
- Provide application and technical training and guidance to distributors sales force as well as end customers
- Develop and grow market for the assigned product applications in Indonesia
- Contribute to the sales and profit target by providing excellent technical support to external customers
- Assist distributor with demand/sales forecast
- Responsible for new product launches by organizing seminars, trade show exhibition, etc. together with distributor
- Customer key account management
Requirements:
- University Degree in Biological Sciences
- Minimum 3-year sales and application support experiences in Clinical Diagnostics/Biosciences or related industry
- Knowledge in Flow Cytometry is an advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Resourceful, self-motivated and results oriented
- Good personality and able to do multi tasking job
- Ability to work in fast-pace and dynamic independent environment
- Able to impart knowledge and teach
- Willing to travel extensively within Indonesia
- Good command of written and spoken English
