PROJECT MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor degree in Civil/Architect Engineering (SI) from reputable university.
- Maximum age 45 years old.
- Minimum 5 years experience in road & building construction.
- Experience in tendering, project costing and procurement will be an added advantage.
- Recognized level of expertise in specific discipline.
- Obtain a training license in HSE (K3L).
- Significant responsibility in multi discipline team or project.
- Strong and effective communication skills in English & Indonesian(both verbal and written).
- The candidate shall be able to demonstrate a very high level of communication and report writing skill in the English & Indonesia language.
- Excellent understand of Indonesian business protocols and processes
- Good communication skills, written and spoken English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to understand an activity, gathers information, analyze information, and report results.
- Effective decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel. Should be ready to relocate to project site when required for effective implementation of the project.
- Self starter with good organizational skills and the ability to use initiative to the benefit of the company. Mature, self motivated, reliable and able to work unsupervised for significant periods.
- Must be highly organized and highly motivated.
- Pleasant, well mannered and trustworthy.
- Work Located in remote area (Papua)
