1. PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Requirements & Qualifications :
· Minimum D3 Interior / Architecture,
· Minimum 2 years experience in related job,
· Able to process administration work to support project executor,
· Able to coordinate project schedule & supplier / vendor schedule,
· Able to prepare master schedule,
· Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision,
· Computer literate,
· English proficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Minimum D3 Degree in Interior / Architecture,
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same field & position,
- To be able to execute, control, monitor and supervise daily progress Fit-Out Project at jobsite,
- To be able to develop & improve the execution team / work forces,
- Computer literate,
- Good proficiency of English : Both speaking & writing, min passive
- To be able to finish the targeted jobs with minimum supervision in timely manner; familiar with working under pressure,
- Good team player, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.
3. Account Executives
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Minimum graduated from S1 of any relevant education background and or particularly from Interior Design or Architecture for particular interior products,
- Has good knowledge and skill in Salesmanship / Marketing, preferably be familiar with high-quality office interior products ,
- Work experience minimum 1 up to 2 years,
- Preferably has broad networks to be target of selling office interior products & fit-out contracting works,
- Target achiever oriented,
- Energetic / proactive and enthusiastically sales-drive spirit ,
- Good sales communication,
- Impressive interpersonal relationship behavior,
- English proficiency; both writing and speaking,
- Computer literate.
We will provide fixed net salary, interesting compensation & benefit, facility and sales commission.
