1. Interior Design
Kualifikasi :
- Pria/Wanita
- Pendidikan min D3/S1
- Mampu dan berpengalaman untuk menggunakan D3 max dan CAD
- Pengalaman min 1 tahun di estimator
2. Field Supervisor
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree/ diploma from reputable university, major in Architectural/ Interior Design
- Has experience more than 2 years in similar field, preferably from interior company
- Male, 25-35 years old.
- Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, and logic of verbal
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
- Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, and discipline.
- Willing to travel.
- Has driving license.
3. Estimator
Qualification :
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum graduate majoring in Architecture / Interior Design/ Civil background.
- Minimum 2 years in interior project estimation
- Have high accuracy skill
- Able to work with minimum supervision and in a constrain time
- To be able to finish the job with minimum supervision in timely manner; familiar with working under pressure,
- Good team player, honest, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.
- Would be able to start immediately
4. MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Qualification :
- Male / female
- Graduate from reputable university
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Minimum 1 years experienced in marketing
- Good interpersonal relationship and good sales communication skills
- Highly motivated and good appearance
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work individual or as team player
- Having good networking in interior industries also will be an advantage
- Able to start work immediately or in a short notice period
