	TECHNICAL MANAGER
	Your responsibilities: Responsible to lead Engineering team to achieve target: Project prospect pipeline through specification, executed by Design Engineer Support Sales team through material approval in construction process, executed by Solution Engineer Maintain & improve services to customers, in term of engineering part through mock up, trial test & proved test, supervision, executed by Service Engineer Do specification & approval in Firestop system, executed by Firestop specialist Make Planning for engineering team align with company Program/ Target Do reporting to SBD Manager, provide: Planning against result of: 1. Specification 2. Approval 3. Trial & Proved test 4. Supervision 5. Seminar 6. Engineering product target achievement Monthly Report to monitor progress of Engineering team achievement Do PMP, EMRP, SMD process in Engineering team Manage & improve networking in consultants business: Structure/civil, architecture, QS, Owner, through customer list/platform (consultants) Manage & update knowledge & competency of Engineering team Your profile: Bachelor in technical (civil/mechanical engineering) or management. Successful selling experience (min. 3 year as Sales Engineer) in technical products or construction support products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good in English. Highly motivated attitude, with the drive and energy to inspire others. Willing to be placed around Indonesia.
