1. Receptionist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
• Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
• Greet, assist and/or direct visitors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• D3 in any degree, fresh graduates are welcome
• Female
• Good in English (spoken and written)
• Good interpersonal and Communication skills
• Friendly & pleasant personality

2. Senior MD

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Male/Female minimum D3 degree from reputable university (any discipline) with good GPA
• Highly skilled, strong motivated, hard worker person with positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent English oral & written is a must

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to communicate with buyer oral and written
• Able to follow up an order from making quotation, preparing order detail, buying fabric, sampling process, handling materials, special attachment (such as embroidery, pleating, etc). Basically controlling order from beginning until shipment
• Have strong leadership
• Minimum 5 years experience

3. Accounting

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male/Female, age max. 26 years old (single)
• S-1 in Accounting from reputable university
• Minimum have 2 years experience in Finance & Accounting Staff, preferable having experience in Retail Company
• Be able to stacking R/ L, Neraca & Auditing
• Have stock opname experience
• Have a good knowledge in MYOB
• Hardworker, trustworthy & Careful
• Computer literate (Ms Office)
• Have certificate Brevet A / B
• Based in Jakarta

4. Designer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Responsible for making lingerie designs and patterns as well as coordinating the making of product samples for exhibition
• Female, age 23 - 30 years
• Min. D3 design/ fashion
• Possess min. 1 (one) year experience in fashion/ garment industry
• Mastering principles of product design/ pattern
• Creative and innovative
• Computer lit

5. EXIM

KUALIFIKASI:

• Pria / Wanita, max. 30 tahun
• Lulusan D3/S1 dari segala jurusan disiplin ilmu
• Berpengalaman di bidang EXIM min. 3 tahun
• Dapat berbahasa Inggris dengan lancar
• Dapat mengoperasikan komputer
• Mengerti mengenai dokumen-dokumen export seperti: Invoice, packing list, Sertificate of Origin, BL, LC, PEB & PIB dan EDI
• Mengerti freight rate shipping, mem follow–up the payment by TT or LC

6. QC

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Female/Male, max. 30 years old
• Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum 2.75 GPA
• Both written and spoken (Passive)
• Have ability to work in team, pro-active and highly motivated
• Have License for mobile (A/C)
• Willing to work in Jakarta, Tangerang and ready to work hard

7. HRD ( Recruitment & Training )

KUALIFIKASI:

• Wanita, usia maksimal 30 tahun
• Pendidikan Sarjana Psikologi (licence/profesi)
• Menguasai Recruitment Sistem (metode), Planing Training
• Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun dibidang Recruitment & Training
• Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bertindak tegas
• Terbiasa mengajar (Leadership)
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan dan menguasai computer (Power Point, Exel, Word)
