Graduate and International Programmes Coordinator

Full Time: The appointment will be on UCL Grade 6. The salary range will be £25,777 - £30,234 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

The Faculty of Laws at UCL has a world-class academic reputation confirmed by its ranking in the UK government 2008 Research Assessment Exercise (RAE). It is also rated in the highest category in the UK for higher education teaching excellence. We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join the Graduate Office Team, responsible for the delivery of a high quality administrative service and student experience for LLM and Doctoral students in the Faculty of Laws. As Graduate and International Programmes Coordinator you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Semester in London (international) programme as well as provision of high quality administrative support for the Laws' graduate research programme. You will also be responsible for coordinating all pre-sessional activities in order to facilitate applicant experience and support prior to enrolment.

The successful candidate will have a full understanding and experience of the student life cycle, with a clear idea of student needs and expectations, a highly innovative and solution focussed approach to providing a professional administrative support service, and the ability to maintain and review administrative systems and processes. Excellent communication, time management and IT skills, and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team are also key requirements for this role.
