The University of East London is a dynamic and rapidly expanding university at the heart of Europe's largest regeneration area and adjacent to the site of the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics.
This exciting role is based within the Employability and Enterprise Team where you will make a significant contribution to turning UEL's vision regarding the employability and entrepreneurial ambitions of our students and graduates into practice. One of your key responsibilities will be to ensure students are equipped with the appropriate knowledge, skills, experience, attitudes and behaviours to achieve employment success or start their own business.
You will be educated to degree level, have sound experience of working with employers, knowledge of the job market and an understanding of the skills and competencies that employers currently look for in graduates. An understanding of student enterprise and business start-up is particularly welcome. Experience of staff management and excellent communication, project management and analytical skills are essential.
